I had bought a phone from them for a specific reason. Only the phone had been false advertised and did not have that feature. Great (US based) customer service and imo the best selection of phones overall. Yes, I would like an iphone, no i don't want AT&T. They have a terrible BBB rating, though using a pre-paid plan should help. So far, so good with AT&T, but they've got their share of detractors as well.
